Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Generally speaking, most orders will be sent via USPS. We have ground, standard, priority and express options available to give you flexibility in when you’d like to receive your order. If you need special assistance or would like a custom request, please feel free to reach out. We’re happy to work with you.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Depending on your destination and carrier service level selected during checkout, it can take anywhere from 7-10 business days on the slow end (for ground shipping orders far away) to the next day or two on the fast (for overnight shipments or 2-day air when available). We’re always happy to help with getting you orders when you need them so just let us know what you’re trying to accomplish and we’ll be happy to accommodate. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

When placing an order online, we usually only ship to the contiguous 48, Alaska, and Hawaii. However, if you’d like to make special arrangements for an international order, please contact Customer Experience at 888 888 8888 or help@everlife.fit and we’ll be happy to assist. 

How Do I Track My Order?

Great question! Once you’ve placed an order, you’ll be able to track all your packages via My Account or you can go here:

Enter your order ID and billing email and you’ll be able to see where your package is.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We offer all major credit cards e.g. American Express, Visa, Mastercard, etc. and process payments via Stripe and PayPal. Sometimes we may process through other well-known merchants such as Authorize.net or Braintree. Either way, your information is safe as we only partner with well-known service providers to process transactions. 

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Absolutely! We use the latest technology partners and encryption methods to ensure your information is protected.

How do I place an Order?

You may place an order online here at https://everlife.fit, call Customer Experience at 888 888 8888, email us at help@everlife.fit or message us on Facebook (@everlife) to make a purchase. It’s pretty simple and straightforward, but if you run into issues or would like assistance we’re always happy to help. 🙂

Do I need an account to place an order?

No way! You’re welcome to check out as a guest, however, you’ll usually find it beneficial to create an account as you’ll not only get real-time tracking and order updates, but you’ll also receive special offers exclusively available to our registered customer base. Either way, it’s up to you and we just want you to be happy.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You are welcome to make changes or cancel an order before it is packaged and/or shipped. Once it’s been prepped for delivery and/or scanned into a carrier we can’t make changes as it’s out of our hands. If you ever require assistance, the best thing to do is reach out to us at help@everlife.fit or call Customer Experience and we’ll do everything we can to help.

How Can I Return a Product?

Please contact Customer Experience to inquire about return eligibility. We take each request on a case-by-case basis in order to better assist our customers. If there’s an issue with an order, we’ll definitely make it right. On rare occasions, we have to refuse returns, refunds or exchanges for health, legal, ethical or policy requirements and reserve the right to do so for any reason. However, our policy and rule of thumb is we’ll be fair with you and only ask that you be fair with us. We always want you to be happy and will work towards making sure you have an awesome experience with us.
